This role leads and grows a team of Account Executives to sell Augury's Industrial AI solutions to manufacturers, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion. The role involves managing sales performance, developing sales strategies, and acting as an executive sponsor on key opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Grow, develop, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to close business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  2. Build and foster a results-driven culture that motivates and inspires the team to deliver their best work
  3. Help the team develop strategy and execute plays for penetrating new logos while driving upsell and expansion in existing accounts
  4. Partner with GTM leadership to strengthen sales infrastructure, processes, tactics, and systems that enable scalable and efficient execution
  5. Provide real-time market feedback on customers, industry trends, and competitors to help shape Augury's GTM strategy

Skills

Required

  • Experience selling innovative technology solutions
  • Experience driving change management to VP and above buyers in complex organizations
  • Experience managing high-performing Enterprise Sales teams
  • Experience building and scaling teams through 6 to 12-month+ deal cycles
  • Experience consistently closing $100K+ ARR deals
  • Experience at SaaS companies between $25M and 200M ARR
  • Deep expertise in enterprise selling methodologies including team selling, multi-stakeholder engagement, account mapping and planning, ABM/ABS strategies, and executive-level influence
  • Ability to build lasting relationships by identifying and solving customer pain points
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-oriented with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Accountability to goals while creating an environment focused on development, coaching, and high performance
