This is a sales leadership role for Databricks' Financial Services team, focusing on Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management. The RVP will be responsible for hiring, leading, and motivating a team of sales representatives, implementing sales plans, and driving revenue growth. The role requires extensive experience in enterprise software sales, leadership, and a strong understanding of the financial services industry and Databricks' value proposition in data and AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
  2. Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics.
  3. Hire, manage, and motivate a growing team of sales executives; coach each member via joint selling and regular pipeline reviews.
  4. Develop long-term relationships with employees, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  5. Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
