Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Specialists Sales to lead a team of Analytics Specialist Account Executives across Latin America. This role operates in an overlay model, partnering with Core Sales leadership to maximize the analytics portfolio, generate revenue, and achieve quotas. The RVP will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, leading and developing the sales team, and representing Salesforce in executive-level customer conversations. The ideal candidate will have extensive software sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding quota, and deep knowledge of Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data solutions in the LATAM market. Familiarity with Tableau and experience in a Specialist/overlay selling model are strong differentiators. The role emphasizes leadership skills such as passion, adaptability, and a value-driven approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Analytics Specialist AEs across LATAM
  2. Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings; engage corporate resources as needed
  3. Act as a strategic overlay partner to Core Sales leadership, maximizing Analytics opportunity across the account base
  4. Conduct weekly forecast meetings and mentor the team on strategies to drive closure
  5. Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of software sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven record of exceeding quota
  • Experience generating pipeline in an enterprise software environment
  • Solid experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the LATAM market
  • Experience in Specialist/overlay selling model

  • Ability to manage a business of $30M+ in recurring revenue
