Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and scale sales business across UK and Northern Europe, focusing on building a high-performing sales organization, accelerating adoption of ClickHouse Cloud and open-source ClickHouse, and expanding customer and user footprint. The role involves driving revenue growth, coaching sales teams, identifying and closing opportunities, partnering with internal teams, evangelizing the company's vision, establishing executive relationships, maintaining pipeline management, driving regional presence through community engagement, and operating as a hands-on leader in a fast-moving environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive revenue growth across UK & Northern Europe, leading the regional sales strategy and execution.
  2. Build, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations around pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecasting discipline.
  3. Identify, nurture, and close opportunities across both short-term Cloud contracts and longer-term committed spend arrangements.
  4. Partner closely with Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to deliver cohesive, value-driven customer engagements.
  5. Evangelise ClickHouse’s vision, positioning, and innovation across customers, partners, and the broader regional ecosystem.
