This role is for a Regional Vice President to lead and expand business with Enterprise - Pursuit accounts in the Central US region, focusing on selling Elastic's Search AI Platform to large financial services accounts. The role involves sales leadership, quota attainment, and fostering teamwork.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing comprehensive knowledge of our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape
  2. Actively contributing to and owning sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
  3. Ensuring the attainment of assigned sales quotas by ‘leading from the front’ and driving Elastic’s sales methodology
  4. Actively fostering an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
  5. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with representatives of the Open Source community and partner ecosystems
