Salesforce is seeking an RVP, Sales to drive sales growth within the public sector in Argentina and Colombia. This executive will lead a sales organization to drive complex, strategic transactions, develop a supportive and inclusive culture, and ensure operational excellence. The role involves setting and executing customer acquisition strategies, accurate forecasting, managing the sales process, holding the team accountable for quota attainment, establishing relationships with key corporate teams, implementing an effective operating model, aligning product/customer success/services teams, staying abreast of competition, maintaining key customer relationships, and defining new processes to increase productivity.
