  1. Development of a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customer(s) and with internal team members
  2. Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of MuleSoft & Informatica across the UK region for Enterprise accounts
  3. Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  4. Management of a high performance team, including recruiting, hiring and training
  5. Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce eco-system

  • Consistent track record in building / managing high performance teams
  • Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix / multi-product sales environment
  • Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise customers ideally in the Communications, Media and/or Technology industries
  • Previous experience in solution sales (especially Software / SaaS / Cloud)
  • Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience, working with complex customers
  • A passion for building a growing and diverse team
  • Proven ability to create and inspire successful teams
