Seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to drive adoption of Chime Workplace within large organizations (50,000+ employees). This role involves leading complex strategic sales efforts, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and integrating financial access and wellness into workforce strategies. Experience in earned wage access or adjacent financial solutions is preferred. The role requires end-to-end sales cycle management, account strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts (50K+ employees)
  2. Build and deepen relationships with senior executives including CHROs, CFOs, Heads of Payroll, and Total Rewards leaders
  3. Position Chime Workplace as a differentiated solution within the earned wage access and financial services landscape
  4. Develop and execute sophisticated account strategies that drive multi-year partnerships and long-term revenue growth
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to align go-to-market efforts and ensure successful deployments
