Seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead a team focused on new business growth and adoption of new products for large customers. This role involves managing a team, coaching, analyzing metrics, driving sales enablement, and executing revenue growth strategy within the AI marketing platform space.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and lead a team of high-performing individuals as the company grows, focusing on increasing wallet share of Strategic accounts through the sale of new products and expansion into portfolio brands and geos
  2. Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  3. Lead the dialogue with sales, product management and marketing regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources and strategic planning
  4. Work closely with the Attentive Leadership Team, providing clear feedback on how the expansion sales motion is working and how we can better align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
  5. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and build lasting relationships across customer accounts and securing expansion growth
  6. Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
