What you'd actually do

  1. Have 4+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment

  3. Are a strong communicator, capable of motivating and inspiring a sales team while holding them accountable to high standards
  4. Have experience in setting sales targets, tracking KPIs, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements
  5. Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, both personally and as a manager
