What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect, approach, and pitch Uber Eats’ value proposition to restaurant owners to inspire them to join the platform.
  2. Conduct commercial negotiations with high-potential restaurants, ensuring sustainable economics and strong long-term partnerships.
  3. Manage the full sales process from first outreach to onboarding, supporting restaurants until their first order and throughout their first month.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression in CRM tools.
  5. Provide ongoing insights on pipeline health, sales performance, market trends, and partner needs.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • External sales experience
  • Comfortable at managing your own time and have clear prioritisation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage your pipeline and end-to-end sales cycles
  • Self-motivated and have a target driven attitude
  • Innovative sales strategies to successfully engage with potential clients
  • Listening and communication skills, both verbally and written.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of how to use Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
