The opportunity The Senior Account Executive for Territory Accounts will be part of a growing team helping start and shape our business for acquiring brand-new customers across Unity's Industry markets.

This role will engage new customers by understanding their challenges and connecting them to Unity’s real-time 3D capabilities. Unity’s marketing programs and reseller network will help create demand, extend reach, and accelerate engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Expand sales revenue for Territory Accounts by owning the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to close across Industry markets
- Responsible for driving ACV and consistently meeting quarterly sales targets
- Develop solid pipeline by defining opportunities and market potential, identifying sales leads, and working with internal teams to close accounts. Deliver accurate forecasting
- Cultivate long-term business relationship by ensuring close coordination with Pre-sales Engineering, Consulting Support and Enterprise Support on pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Seek out projects, both planned and currently in development, and encourage the developers to adopt Unity and build trusted relationship with business owners of customers
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated success in expanding accounts, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar tech or software environment.
- Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline independently, using a mix of targeted account research and outbound prospecting, supported by inbound demand where available.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities concurrently, maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and deal progression against defined targets.
- Highly motivated self-starter, strong business sense, good presentation skills, organizational skills, and planning skills
You might also have
- Experience selling complex or emerging technology solutions, where success depends on listening carefully, understanding customer context, and guiding stakeholders through change rather than relying on transactional selling.
- Familiarity with Industry workflows and personas (e.g. engineering, design, innovation, or operations) across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, energy, retail, or architecture, enabling more relevant and grounded customer conversations.
- Experience working with partner-led sales motions, including collaborating with resellers, sharing context openly, and aligning on clear joint outcomes to progress opportunities effectively.
- Brings a fresh perspective and constructively challenges existing approaches, offering new ideas, questioning assumptions, and contributing to better ways of working for the wider team.
- Acts with openness and intent to elevate others, seeking feedback, sharing learnings, and contributing beyond individual results to support long-term team success.
