Sales Advisor IV - Orange County (for Future Consideration)

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join their field sales organization. This role involves managing the entire customer relationship from lead qualification to close, educating customers about Rivian's products, and ensuring a personalized purchase experience. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a sales pipeline, and contributing to a positive customer experience and sales culture.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators such as demo drive volume, pipeline management, sales conversion, take rate on trade-ins and financial solutions, customer satisfaction and NPS.
  2. Ensure customer experience at your location(s) is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s core values and culture.
  3. Engage and qualify Rivian customers and identify their unique needs to create personalized and memorable experiences that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain and share your in-depth knowledge of our products and services, features and benefits, and community stories to effectively guide customers in their decision-making process when considering Rivian.
  5. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by establishing positive, long-term relationships with customers via high touch, responsive service.
