This role focuses on data governance and systems management within a sales operations context, primarily using CRM tools like Salesforce, SQL, and Excel to ensure data integrity, improve processes, and support sales planning and reporting. It is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain and improve CRM data integrity (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting capabilities to support the sales lifecycle. You will ensure data accuracy and manage field escalations regarding systems or data issues.
  2. Execute and enhance processes for sales planning and tracking, ensuring strict adherence to data governance standards and operational policies.
  3. Build reports and models to support sales planning and provide actionable insights. You will interpret data to identify trends and operational gaps.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational gaps in our systems and workflows, recommending scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Compensation to ensure data flows accurately between systems and teams.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field
