This is a 12-month structured development program for fresh graduates interested in a career in medical device sales and marketing within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division (DePuy Synthes). The program focuses on building foundational sales and marketing skills, providing hands-on exposure, and developing commercial talent.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with Product Managers to gain exposure in Marketing Excellence, activity planning, and business analysis.
  2. Participate in fieldwork alongside Product Specialists to understand sales processes, customer engagement, and business needs.
  3. Provide case support to healthcare professionals, gaining insights into the importance of service excellence and clinical support.
  4. Learn and assist in delivering continuous medical education (CME) to customers.
  5. Collaborate across functions with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units.
