Sales Capture Lead, Health & Human Services

This role is for a senior sales leader focused on driving and shaping deals within the Health and Human Services (HHS) sector for State and Local Government at Adobe. The individual will guide sales efforts, build relationships with agency leaders, and partner with sellers to advance opportunities, focusing on deal execution and enabling scalable selling practices. While not carrying a personal quota, the role is accountable for the quality and outcomes of HHS sales efforts, contributing to Adobe's growth in this complex public sector area.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead early engagement on priority HHS opportunities to help define customer needs, align use cases, and establish a clear deal strategy
  2. Guide discovery conversations to ensure strong alignment between customer challenges, Adobe solutions, and next steps
  3. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders across state HHS agencies
  4. Support sellers in navigating complex HHS sales cycles by providing perspective on positioning, proof points, and deal approach
  5. Partner closely with Account Directors, and partners to advance opportunities and support successful deal execution

Skills

Required

  • The ability to identify patterns across customer engagements and apply those insights to future opportunities
  • Experience selling into State and Local Government, with familiarity or exposure to Health and Human Services agencies
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working with partners and system integrators in enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to connect technology strategy to program outcomes such as constituent engagement, case management efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Nice to have

  • Understanding of major HHS program domains such as Medicaid, Eligibility and Enrollment, Child Welfare, Workforce Services, and Public Health
  • Familiarity with federal and state modernization initiatives, including Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES), modular procurement, and digital service delivery
