Sales Cloud Operations Partner

This role supports and manages public cloud private offers across major cloud marketplaces, sitting at the intersection of cloud operations, sales, finance, and partner ecosystems. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and tracking private offers, collaborating with cross-functional teams on deal structuring, ensuring accurate pricing and terms, monitoring offer lifecycles, and troubleshooting issues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create, manage, and track private offers within public cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to structure and execute custom private offers
  3. Ensure pricing, discounting, and contract terms are accurately reflected in marketplace offers
  4. Monitor offer lifecycle stages including creation, approval, activation, and expiration
  5. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all private offer transactions

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in cloud operations, sales operations, or deal desk functions
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms and marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Understanding of cloud billing, pricing structures, and partner programs
  • Familiarity with private offer constructs such as custom pricing, Enterprise Agreements, or multi-year agreements
  • Experience with contract review
