The Sales Strategy and Finance Manager will support the Global Sales Compensation and Sales Finance teams, focusing on quota intake, assessing data quality, optimizing quota models, and ensuring a smooth commissions process. This role involves strategic analysis, performance modeling, and process improvement within the sales finance function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations leadership teams on a continuous basis to analyze, gather, optimize quota processing working with Sales Compensation team requirements for plans set up in the Xactly system.
  2. Direct the building, maintenance, and structural optimization of global sales quota models used to calculate quotas, commission rates, and personnel setup data for the broader compensation infrastructure.
  3. Deliver strategic ad hoc analysis, performance modeling, and attainment insights to Sales Finance and Executive leadership to drive proactive decision-making.
  4. Proactively identify, design, and implement scalable process improvements and automation paths during fiscal planning and monthly operational standardizations.
  5. Implement quota management software once selected and redesign existing quota and attainment processes.
