What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets
  2. Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery
  3. Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines
  4. Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers

Skills

Required

  • University degree (Uni/FH)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment
  • Experience specifically in orthopaedics and/or surgery
  • Fluent French and English language
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region
  • Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows
