What you'd actually do

  1. Support ProfEd activities by coordinating logistics for training sessions, workshops, cadaver labs, and surgeon trainings.
  2. Collaborate with marketing to implement event programs, collateral, and on-site needs (AV, displays, samples).
  3. In coordination with marketing team, track event budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting (attendance, leads, feedback).
  4. Coordinate town halls, internal training, team meetings, and recognition events.
  5. Provide project coordination, status tracking, document preparation and follow-up on action items.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the medical device sector, with at least 3 years focused on orthopedics or related surgical implants/instruments.
  • Experience working with procurement, tender processes and hospital contracting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence hospital executives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
