Sales Development Director (nyc)

LangChain is seeking a Sales Development Director to lead and scale its founding SDR team. This role will focus on generating qualified pipeline by engaging technical buyers, converting inbound interest, and collaborating with sales and marketing. The Director will own SDR performance, coaching, development, and design of GTM systems and processes. Experience with technical products and developer audiences is required, along with strong data-driven management and coaching skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and coach a team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline
  2. Own SDR performance including activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment
  3. Recruit top SDR talent and grow the team as LangChain continues to scale
  4. Develop SDR talent through coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback
  5. Build repeatable outbound and inbound qualification playbooks
