Sales Development Representative

This role is for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. The role involves qualifying inbound interest, uncovering business needs, and converting engagement into high-quality pipeline. What you'd actually do

  1. Own qualification and follow-up of inbound leads across channels (web, events, content, campaigns) to generate high-quality pipeline
  2. Respond rapidly to inbound interest, engaging prospects with thoughtful, personalized outreach
  3. Use AI tools and data insights to tailor messaging based on each prospect’s behavior, industry, and needs
  4. Partner closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion trends
  5. Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
