Sales Development Representative for Carbon Robotics, a company that uses AI/ML, computer vision, robotics, and lasers to create an automated weed control solution for farming. The role focuses on generating qualified sales pipeline by setting meetings with target contacts through multi-touch communication sequences. Requires strong outbound calling, email composition, active listening, consultative selling skills, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. The candidate must be data-driven, self-managed, and knowledgeable about the product and industry challenges.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own prospecting activities, including Account, Contact and Lead management inside the companies CRM (HubSpot).
  2. Meet or exceed lead/meeting quota through email/phone/social based prospecting & qualification.
  3. Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email copy, Practiced talk tracks, audience segmentation and approach.
  4. Qualify interested farmers and arrange deeper dive sales meetings for the field reps, or the HQ Sales director.
  5. Deliver sales presentations when necessary.
