Sales Development Representative responsible for growing the seller pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential sellers for the Whatnot platform. This role involves understanding the sales process, creative outreach, and developing relationships to drive business growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understanding our end-to-end sales process and collaborate with the team to bring high potential sellers to Whatnot
  2. Prospect, identify, and qualify top sellers that are a good fit for Whatnot
  3. Identify seller needs and solve for gaps with creative outreach strategy & discovery including, but not limited to: email copy, warm/cold calls, social media outreach, and in-person events
  4. Develop relationships with sellers and work with other internal teams to drive growth for the business
  5. Grow into Sales Manager roles or other opportunities in the business by working on a fast paced growth team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
