Sales Development Representative

This role is for a Sales Development Representative at GitLab, a DevSecOps platform company. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings and pipeline by conducting outreach to targeted accounts, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and utilizing various sales tactics. What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively manage inbound lead flow
  2. Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
  3. Meet or exceed SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
  4. Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  5. Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
