What you'd actually do

  1. Create a fantastic first impression to prospects and customers while building a pipeline for Zendesk Account Executives
  2. Respond to inbound requests via zendesk support, the telephone and email
  3. Organize and categorize sales lead information into Salesforce
  4. Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
  5. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential Zendesk solutions to fulfill requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
