Sales Development Representative - Customer Inbound

Sales Development Representative role focused on growing and selling into Zoominfo's existing customer base by fielding customer requests, uncovering pain points, and generating upsell opportunities. This role is part of the Customer Inbound Sales Development team and is not a customer service or support role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage and qualify inbound leads from current customers to build pipeline for our Account Managers
  2. Lead with curiosity and ask thoughtful discovery questions to identify gaps, goals, and opportunities
  3. Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating customers on how our full suite of solutions can solve challenges across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting
  4. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify strategic expansion opportunities
  5. Build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
