This role is for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Deel IT, focusing on the APAC region, specifically Australia and New Zealand. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying prospective clients, and scheduling product demonstrations. The role involves collaboration with sales and marketing teams, achieving targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation, and maintaining CRM records. What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  2. Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
  3. Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
  5. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation

Skills

Required

  • Experience in a sales development or similar inbound & outbound commercial role in a SAAS/Tech based industry preferred.
  • Based in Australia and prior experience of hunting in the Australia region
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
