What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Montreal and Toronto territories
  2. Research target accounts, identify high-potential contacts, and craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for field sales teams
  3. Leverage customer success stories, case studies, and proof points in your outreach to demonstrate real-world impact — connecting a prospect's pain to how Rubrik has already solved it for organizations like theirs
  4. Follow up on marketing-generated inbound leads within established SLA and compliance metrics
  5. Manage your pipeline, leads, and activity data in Salesforce with discipline and accuracy

Skills

Required

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest and aptitude for learning technical concepts quickly
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with clear daily and weekly targets
  • A genuine desire to build a career in sales and business development
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Ability to work out of Rubrik's Austin office a minimum of 4 days a week

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, or similar sales engagement tools
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or data management technology
  • Experience using AI-powered sales tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong, Clari, 6sense) to improve prospecting efficiency
