Sales Development Representative, French Speaking

This role is for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying client needs, and qualifying leads for Abnormal AI's security products. While the company develops AI products, this role focuses on sales and does not involve building or shipping AI models. The candidate is expected to leverage AI tools to improve their sales process.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  3. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  4. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  5. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets

Skills

Required

  • 6 months - 1 plus years proven work experience as a Business Development Rep
  • Fluency in French
  • Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value
  • Strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
