Sales Development Representative Intern

This is an internship role for a Sales Development Representative at Rubrik, a company focused on data security and AI operations. What you'd actually do

  1. Receive an elite 2-week onboarding program focused on selling skills that will be applicable for all future sales roles
  2. Identify high-potential customers, research Rubrik’s value fit, personalize messaging to prospects, and generate high-quality new business meetings for the company
  3. Responsible for outbound/inbound activities (50-100 dials daily) for our enterprise customer prospecting by contacting via email, social, and phone calls to qualify prospects to set meetings
  4. Follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing and stay within compliance metrics, i.e. timely follow-up and attempts to connect
  5. Collaborate with the field sales and develop strategies for breaking into new accounts
