Mercury is seeking Sales Development Representatives to help businesses use their finance stack. The role involves identifying and contacting potential customers, conducting research, cold calling, social and email prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships, and tracking sales metrics. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication skills, a proven track record of exceeding goals, creativity, tenacity, and a team-player attitude, with a passion for fintech and an interest in complex technical products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the face of our company, reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to Mercury.
  2. Conduct research to identify and target potential customers while collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  3. Cold call, social and email prospecting to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  4. Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.
  5. Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points and schedule meetings with the sales team.

Skills
