Webflow is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth and outbound sales opportunities for their AI-powered Website Experience Platform. The role involves working with Account Executives, leading outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and refining sales messaging. The SDR will become a product expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation campaigns.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts
  2. Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media (must be comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)
  3. Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
  4. Receive coaching from your leadership team on calls, written communication and prospecting strategy in an effort to hone your sales skills and prepare you for future sales roles
  5. Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas, driving high-volume lead generation and engaging potential prospects
  • demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
  • comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms
  • high energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive “can-do" attitude over the phone/video calls
  • fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
  • team player with a proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver results
  • excited to find success in ambiguity, and to contribute back to the larger organization on best practices and scaling success

Nice to have

  • Additional European language skills would be highly beneficial (especially Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
