Sales Development Representative (sdr) - Senior Associate, Business Cards & Payments

This is a Sales Development Representative role focused on identifying and engaging new business leads for Capital One's business card products. The role involves prospecting, cold calling, vetting leads, and setting appointments for Relationship Managers. It requires experience in business development or outbound sales and a consultative approach to help businesses manage expenses and optimize rewards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospecting and cold calling businesses to generate new sales opportunities for our card portfolio.
  2. Vetting and qualifying business leads for one of Capital One’s various business card solutions and setting appointments for dedicated Relationship Managers to follow up and conduct a thorough needs analysis.
  3. Serving as a dedicated point of contact for prospective Business Card Customers, assisting them in identifying and utilizing the right product to meet their current and future business needs.
  4. Having an entrepreneurial spirit and serving as a strong advocate for our customers.
  5. Thriving working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, acquiring and maintaining high levels of product, service, and process knowledge.

Skills

Required
