Sales Development Representative role at OpenAI focused on helping enterprise clients adopt and scale the AI platform. This role is a launchpad for future enterprise sellers, involving discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication. The candidate will identify and advance enterprise opportunities by turning product usage and inbound demand into qualified leads for the sales teams. The role also involves building and iterating on AI-enabled GTM workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
  2. Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
  3. Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
  4. Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
  5. Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification
