Sales Development Representative for Glean, an enterprise Work AI platform. This role focuses on generating new business pipeline by prospecting outbound opportunities, identifying key decision makers, and running qualification calls. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and sales. The role is hybrid in Nashville.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  2. Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
  3. Identify key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts
  4. Gain interest from prospective customers through channels such as outbound cold calling and emails to break into net new logos in assigned territory
  5. Run your own qualification calls with potential clients, helping to guide them through the first part of the evaluation process
