This role is for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
  2. Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers
  3. Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
  4. Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
  5. Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop.

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years outbound B2B sales experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
