Sales Director role focused on leading and developing sales teams to drive digital transformation for corporate customers, leveraging AI-powered solutions and Microsoft's partner ecosystem. The role involves talent acquisition, coaching sales teams, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) segment, with a focus on Public Sector and Western Canada.

What you'd actually do

  1. The Account Team Unit Sales Manager is accountable to build, motivate, and mentor a high functioning sales management team with different disciplines to lead and drive digital transformations to Corporate accounts.
  2. Engages in talent acquisition, recruiting, succession planning, and change management.
  3. Guides teams to leverage storytelling strategies and create and/or identify opportunities to drive sales.
  4. This leader will lead a Account Executives to engage with Corporate customers to address their key business priorities, help customers develop a roadmap to drive adoption and usage.
  5. This leader will be respsonsible for Public Sector across Canada, as well as all of Western Canada, including various industries.
