Sales Director role focused on driving growth for UiPath's Large Enterprise Accounts in Hong Kong, specifically for their Agentic AI solutions. The role involves account development, building C-level relationships, strategic account planning, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and influence product development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage meaningfully with C-level and Executive decision makers to identify new opportunities with large enterprise customers
  2. Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to meet or exceed customer business objectives and maximize wallet share
  3. Manage and forecast sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets and company goals
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to key accounts
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, address challenges, and create seamless experiences

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in field sales, selling enterprise application SaaS/Cloud/Software solutions to C-level executives
  • 5+ years of experience selling specifically to Large Enterprises
  • In-depth understanding of multiple industries
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise specialized subjects like: Accounting/Supply Chain/R&D Engineering/Sales & Marketing/Human Resources etc.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects
  • Experience building relationships with CXO’s of large enterprise customers for business expansion
  • Demonstrated success in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills of Cantonese with ability to engage at all organizational levels
