What you'd actually do

  1. Work with sales leadership and the wider sales enablement team to develop, execute, and optimize coaching and everboarding programs in EMEA.
  2. Execute programs for first-line sales leadership onboarding and coaching in EMEA.
  3. Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on all programs
  4. Monitor and report on program progress, creating comprehensive updates for leadership and stakeholders that highlight key metrics, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success, proactively developing contingency plans and leading problem-solving efforts when challenges arise.
