Sales Enablement Manager (field Onboarding)

Okta is seeking a Field Onboarding Manager to accelerate new hire ramp time and provide ongoing enablement support for their sales team in a highly technical environment. This role involves strategy, facilitation, content development, coordination, stakeholder management, and measurement of impact, focusing on driving Go-To-Market readiness through engaging experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify ways to drive impact and up level or existing programing, while maintaining tight feedback loops with sales leaders.
  2. Manage the end-to-end delivery of the AMER sales onboarding experience.
  3. Conduct high-impact sessions (virtual and in-person) that engage learners, create a safe space for learning, and achieve learning objectives.
  4. Not afraid of a spreadsheet, and super detail oriented to ensure events and complex programs run smoothly.
  5. Aligns with stakeholders on a predictable ongoing basis to ensure tight feedback loops with sales executives and leaders, and to adjust learning interventions as needed.
