Verkada is seeking a Sales Onboarding Training Manager to develop and execute onboarding programs for their AI-powered physical security platform. This role involves curriculum development, training facilitation, and performance measurement to ensure sales team readiness and productivity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and manage structured sales onboarding programs that ensure new hires ramp up effectively.
  2. in partnership with embedded leads, sales leadership, and cross functional teams, create and deliver high-impact training materials, including self-serve modules, workshops, playbooks, and role-playing exercises.
  3. Lead engaging training sessions through in-person and virtual formats to enhance learning experiences.
  4. Educate new hires on company sales processes, CRM systems, product knowledge, and sales best practices.
  5. Track and analyze training effectiveness, using feedback and performance data to improve onboarding programs.
