It involves connecting Microsoft priorities to customer needs, leading teams, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

What you'd actually do

  1. Grows Business and Sales Operations capability to deliver true insights for leaders, managers, and sellers.
  2. Provides leadership to teams across the subsidiary for a connected sales and marketing strategy.
  3. Analyzes and understands capabilities needed to drive success within scope of accountability and works to develop/mentor/coach talent internally.
  4. Connects Microsoft priorities and strategies to customer priorities.
  5. Drives resource optimization of key investments with rigor in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
