Sales Engineer role focused on evangelizing the value of UiPath's Automation and AI/ML capabilities to prospects and customers. The role involves understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, building demos, and quantifying value. It acts as a strategic advisor and partners with sales, product, and engineering teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities.
  2. Be a thought leader on best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings and industry specific solution accelerators.
  3. Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and the opportunities it creates for businesses.
  4. Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution footprint with our customers, and identify desired business outcomes.
  5. Build and deliver industry specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects and customers.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role.
  • Experience in business transformation coupled with AI or RPA technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience of simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a technical and business audience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.
  • Curiosity to learn and master your craft.
  • Coachable and willing to learn to adapt to a changing environment.
  • A background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs
