Sales Engineer, Cloud Product Line Specialist

This role is a Sales Engineer focused on Rubrik's Cloud Licensing solutions, providing technical direction and business guidance to the sales team. The role involves evangelizing, positioning, and architecting Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools, including their AI capabilities, to customers. While the company is involved in AI acceleration and agent cloud, this specific role is sales-focused and does not involve building or shipping AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides technical leadership and direction to Rubrik, customers, and prospects in the development and positioning Cloud Licensing solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  2. Serves as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as a public cloud subject matter expert when positioning Rubrik's Cloud capabilities to key accounts.
  3. Leads technical sales calls, gathers / analyzes customer feedback, and identifies trends.
  4. Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.
  5. Maintains a consistent cadence with product management to ensure product roadmap alignment with customer demands.
