Zapier is seeking a Sales Engineer, Enterprise to join their Sales team. This role will partner with the team to develop go-to-market strategy and close key customer accounts. The Sales Engineer will educate customers as a trusted advisor on automation and integration, bring accounts to technical close by designing joint integration architectures, and partner with Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to gather feedback and influence the product roadmap. The role requires 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in B2B SaaS or customer-facing technical consulting, strong technical acumen, a consultative approach, excellent relationship-building skills, and adaptability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take a consultative approach to deeply understand your customers’ technical needs and pain points, and present tailored, insightful solutions using Zapier’s Enterprise Automation platform.
  2. Drive revenue for Zapier by positioning Zapier as an integral part of customers’ business strategy through value-driven proof-of-concepts, customized demos, and solution discussions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to develop integration architectures and long-term adoption strategies.
  4. Advocate for customers and influence the product roadmap, ensuring Zapier’s platform evolves to meet the needs of enterprise customers.

Skills

Required
