Sales Engineer for CrowdStrike's AI-native cybersecurity platform, focusing on technical presentations, product demonstrations, and acting as a technical bridge between the company and prospects/customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
  2. Configure product installations and customisations in a POV engagement
  3. Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
  4. Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging.
  5. Work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success.

Skills

Required

  • endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Can easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel as required

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
