What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Enterprise Central Solutions Engineering team, reinforcing sales methodology and metrics-led best practices
  2. Provide ongoing mentorship to SEs on pre-sales techniques for securing new clients and expanding within existing customers, across our full portfolio of solutions
  3. Continually assess and develop the technical capabilities of each team member to ensure each SE reaches and maintains the required technical knowledge to perform their pre-sales duties effectively
  4. Provide periodic performance reviews, assess skill sets, handle personal issues, and provide personal/professional development opportunities
  5. Partner with Regional Sales Directors and support Sales/SE teams, leveraging sales campaigns in order to achieve revenue targets
