What you'd actually do

  1. Leads a team of Sales Engineers across the Americas region
  2. Responsible for recruiting, hiring and enabling top SE’s as we expand our coverage
  3. Provide Technical Leadership and direction to the Sales Teams in the Region to help them build technology solutions for our customers and prospective customers.
  4. Assists in the analysis, design and development of fully integrated technology solutions.
  5. Demonstrates technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Rubrik’s products, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the Cloud and NAS product space.
