This role focuses on driving sales growth through strategic account and business planning, guiding sales teams on strategy and opportunity management, and optimizing sales processes and capabilities. It involves analyzing performance, developing insights, and coaching sales leaders to improve execution and adoption of corporate programs. The role also supports segment leaders by advising on business management aspects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives sales growth through mid- to long-term account or business planning.
  2. Guides sales teams/leadership on sales motions/strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, recapture) as a subject matter expert.
  3. Drives sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution, or pipeline health in collaboration with sales managers.
  4. Drives optimization and improvement in sales team processes and capabilities across the region(s).
  5. Coaches and builds relationships with sales managers on executing key priorities.
